How we evaluate and deal with mistakes is shaped by our failing culture. It has long been known that a positive error culture is important for success – on private, professional and corporate level. But one question remains for the most part: How do I create a positive failing culture? How do I learn to deal constructively and purposefully with my own mistakes and those of colleagues or employees?
