We learn nothing if there are no mistakes. We don’t develop if everything always goes perfectly. Dealing with mistakes in the right way is crucial for personal and professional growth. How we evaluate and deal with mistakes is shaped by our failing culture. It has long been known that a positive error culture is important for success – on private, professional and corporate level. But one question remains for the most part: How do I create a positive failing culture? How do I learn to deal constructively and purposefully with my own mistakes and those of colleagues or employees?
Answers to these questions will be provided in our nushu breaky by expert Andreia Fernandes.
She will show us…
